We spent about 8 hours outside Sunday. The main perennial bed looks so much bigger all weeded. Barney is patrolling the perimeter. Usually he's patrolling the interior and trying to crap on my flowers. On the lower left, you can see part of another bed we started. It's got mostly baby perennials along with three heirloom yellow pear tomato plants and some carrots. Sunday we moved the castor plant out of the main bed and into the center of this newer bed. The mutant bee balm was shading it out! Also, I saw mole holes in the new bed. Supposedly they stay the hell away from castor- as well they should.
