Okay, so it was actually dinner last night. My mister made a zucchini-pepperjack-breadcrumb awesome fucking casserole inspired by Kevin's recipe here.
PS: If you want to use our recipe instead, just look at the ingredients in the top picture and figure it out yourself. The mister is out mowing. Maybe he'll give you the recipe later.

Never can have too many recipes for zucchini because you always have too many zucchini.
