I'm loving this screen house. It's like having the fort you had as a kid but with better
stuff. I have my dog, my coffee and my tools. Candles, a bug zapper, spider plants from the house. An ashtray. A garbage bag. This is my refuge between garden chores and our bug- free place to rest in the evening.
Before I go out, I pack my bag: garden journal, to do list (the done stuff goes in the journal after), camera, Taylor's guide to perennials, current regular book (
Sin in the Second City), seeds, thermos of water. Gotta head to the office soon. I suspect the traffic will be light.
