With all the excitement around here lately, I forgot to tell you that I have my first granddog! He belongs to my son and his girlfriend and he is a French bulldog named Edmund. Wicked cute! I can't wait to meet him in person!

A new baby? How cute. Make sure to get babysitting rights.
They did go through a breeder rather than a rescue. I tried to raise him right but the boy went his own way! (And he said there weren't any suitable dogs available at the local shelters.) He's got his AKC papers which means he's probably guaranteed health problems- fingers crossed that I'm wrong. They live in South Carolina. My son said the breeder's back country accent was so heavy they could barely understand him!
