We freeze a lot of leftovers here for weeknight dinners. Before the wedding, we ate most of them to make room in the freezer for ice and wedding foods. Now, thanks to my mister's obsession with our new food processor, the freezer is filling up again quite nicely. Perhaps a little TOO nicely:
So far we've got two kinds of Wedding Soup and a lot of pesto. Unless we give some away, we're gonna have a pretty limited diet for a while. Can't wait to see what he concocts next weekend.
